2009 --Nesting: Home is Where the Art Is

This public art project, explored the comforts of home as visitors painted an “egg” to contribute to one of several large nests along the wooded path.  Guests were encouraged to create an artwork that celebrates their favorite thing about home, completing the statement, "Home is where the ____ is."  The completed eggs were placed in several nests along the wooded path.  Visitors were encouraged to pick up the colorful eggs to read what the artists enjoyed most about their homes.
