A Tribute to the Oyster Tonger, A Chesapeake Waterman by Antonio Tobias Mendez, 1994. It was Francis Koenig's wish that the first sculptural work installed at Annmarie Garden be a memorial to these Chesapeake watermen that he greatly admired.
