2008 Summer Public Art Project
Stick Together

In 2008, visitors helped reclaim fallen branches from the forest floor, and used natural materials and non-toxic paints to turn nature's refuse into a serpentine structure along the pine-needle covered forest floor.  The result was a colorful, natural sculpture that, over time, collected pine needles and transformed into a subtle mound winding throughout the forest.
