Experience the most wonderful time of the year at Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center as our campus is fully transformed into a twinkling wonderland. Explore an enchanting world of glowing light sculptures, wondrous light installations, and beautiful photo ops around every corner. From visits with Santa to a Holiday Train Display to hot chocolate at a food truck, Annmarie Garden in Lights is the destination for a joyful holiday season. Exhibits, character visits, and entertainment vary nightly – no two visits will be alike. Please check the Nightly Schedule to plan your visit.

Member Perks
For the 2025 holiday season, we are pleased to announce fourteen (14) FREE Member Nights during the lights show, but you MUST reserve your free online ticket(s) in advance using the Member button above. If you do not reserve your tickets for these nights, it will be $10 at the gate.
Plus, on seven (7) special nights, members can Bring-A-Friend for FREE. Your friend will not need a reservation (just bring them!), but you, as a member, must make a reservation for yourself. Limit one friend per membership per night.

We HIGHLY encourage becoming a member to attend Annmarie Garden in Lights, if you’re not already a member, especially if you plan to attend multiple nights with your family.
As part of our Museums For All program, SNAP card holders can purchase reduced-price tickets for Annmarie Garden in Lights on select evenings (see below). Reservations are not required; bring your SNAP card and valid ID to Window #1 at the Main Admissions Gate to enjoy discounted admission at $5/person (limit 4 tickets per family group). The person making the purchase must be at least 18 years of age, and the SNAP tickets are eligible ONLY for immediate family members.

Please check dates before coming. Discount SNAP tickets WILL ONLY be sold on designated evenings, no exceptions.
You MUST bring your ID and your SNAP card.
This program is intended for immediate family members only. All other guests must purchase a full-price ticket.
SNAP discounted tickets are limited to one purchase per family, per holiday season. To help as many families as possible enjoy Annmarie Garden In Lights, each SNAP/EBT card may only be used once to purchase reduced-price admission per holiday season.

ALL PARKING IS IN THE GRASSY FIELD
All cars will park in our grassy field. Please be advised that the field is uneven and can get muddy and wet. We will do our best to close off muddy locations. There are staff members and volunteers stationed in the Field. We cannot be responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft.
HANDICAP PARKING & THE DROP OFF AREA
There is a section in the grass Parking Field, adjacent to the paved entrance, that is designated for Handicap Parking. Because the handicap parking area is limited, you may still be directed to the grassy parking area. We strongly recommend that drivers make use of the DROP OFF area before going to the Handicap Parking Area.
GRASS PARKING FIELD IS UNEVEN
The grass Parking Field is uneven. Please use caution; Annmarie Garden is not responsible for any accidents, theft, etc.
SATELLITE PARKING IS AVAILABLE IN THE SOLOMONS TOWN CENTER PARK
The paved parking area in the Solomons Town Center Park is open. We suggest drivers pull into the Annmarie Parking Field, drop off passengers at the DROP OFF location, and then exit out of the Parking Field into the Solomons Town Center Park. You can park your car there and walk back to the event.
HANDICAP GUESTS
Much of the Annmarie Garden in Lights area is paved, including admissions, food vendors, and market booths, except for the GLOW room, which is slightly off the paved path. Please plan accordingly.
RISK
By purchasing a ticket or by attending the event, each guests accepts and understands the risks associated with attending Annmarie Garden in Lights, including parking and entering the event, walking the sidewalks, trails, and lawns of Annmarie, participating in the activities and entertainment, shopping and browsing booths, consuming food and drink, dancing, etc., and agrees to hold Annmarie Garden, Ann’s Circle, Inc., and Koenig Pirvate Foundation, Inc., harmless to the extent permitted by law, from all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalites, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, and other espenses, arising out of or relating to your attendance at Annmarie Garden in Lights.
Holiday Train Display
A Garden In Lights tradition, the Holiday Train Display delights visitors of all ages with detailed miniature scenes and model trains. Created by George Leah, Jr. and his holiday helpers, the display features new additions each year, making every season a little different.
Located in the Main Gallery of the Arts Building.

Daytime Hours: December 5 & 12, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM during the Holiday Markets. Free during market hours.

LEGO® Holiday Village Display
Back by popular demand, the LEGO® Holiday Village Display showcases an imaginative winter wonderland built by talented LEGO enthusiasts. From cozy holiday cottages and festive streetscapes to snowy landscapes and creative details, this family-friendly exhibit is sure to delight visitors of all ages.
Located in the Main Gallery of the Arts Building.
On Display: December 19, 2026 – January 1, 2027.

Throughout the season, Annmarie Garden In Lights features special evenings with beloved character visits, appreciation nights for our community heroes, sensory-friendly experiences, and other festive events for guests of all ages. Learn more below by selecting the evening that best suits your family’s needs.
Make your Annmarie Garden in Lights visit even more magical with a visit from our special holiday guests! Throughout the season, a variety of festive characters may make appearances for meet-and-greets and family photos. Character appearances are included with admission and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that characters may take occasional breaks and, depending on the weather, may be located inside the Arts Building or in the Holiday Tent.
2026 Character Appearance Dates
As a thank you to those who serve our community, complimentary admission is offered on select evenings for active-duty military, retired military/veterans, first responders (police, fire, EMS), hospital staff, and public school educators. This offer is intended for these eligible groups only and does not include government contractors or other federal employees unless they qualify under one of the categories above.
Eligible guests should present a valid employee ID, military ID, veteran ID, or other proof of eligibility upon arrival. Complimentary admission is available only to the eligible individual. All other guests must reserve tickets in advance.
2026 Local Heroes Appreciation Nights
Annmarie Garden In Lights is proud to offer a special evening reserved exclusively for guests with disabilities and special needs, along with their families and caregivers. The light show is closed to the general public during this event to provide a more comfortable and welcoming experience.
Admission: Free for the guest with special needs and one (1) companion. Additional guests are admitted at a reduced rate ($5), and children ages 2 and under are free.
No reservations are required. Simply join us on the designated Special Needs Night.

Experience Garden In Lights with an extra touch of holiday cheer! Enjoy an evening of wine tasting while strolling through the magical light show. Sample a variety of wines, browse festive holiday shopping, enjoy live entertainment, and soak in the beauty of the season. 2026 Petting Zoo Dates
Add a little extra holiday magic to your Garden In Lights visit with festive face painting for children and the young at heart. This activity is available on select evenings and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
A valid Garden In Lights admission ticket is required. Face painting is available for an additional fee, payable directly to the activity provider. Please see this year’s event details below for availability and pricing.
2026 Face Painting Vendor Dates
Experience a festive display of creatively decorated Jeeps as part of your Garden In Lights visit! Admire the holiday-themed vehicles, meet fellow enthusiasts, and enjoy this unique seasonal tradition. Many participating groups also collect donations to support local charitable organizations during the event.
This special feature is available on select evenings and is included with Garden In Lights admission. Please see this year’s schedule below for dates and participating organizations.
2026 Jeep Parade Date
To help make Garden In Lights more accessible, complimentary golf cart tours are available on select evenings for guests with mobility challenges. Tours are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Golf cart tours are included with Annmarie Garden In Lights admission. Please see this year’s schedule below for available dates and details. Upon entry to these evenings, please inform the admissions attendants that you would like a Golf Cart Tour. A staff member will pick you up from admissions and take you to the Arts Building. Walk through the Arts Building and out the back door, where another staff member will meet you to begin your Garden in Lights adventure.

Share the magic of Garden In Lights with your four-legged family members! On select evenings, well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome to stroll the light show alongside their owners. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy the holiday lights together and capture some festive photos.
Pets must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pet-Friendly Night is included with Garden In Lights admission. Please see this year’s schedule below for participating dates and details.

With an eclectic mix of handmade, one-of-a-kind merchandise from Southern Maryland artists as well as “Fair Trade Gifts” from all around the globe, visitors can find that special gift for everyone. Our knowledgeable staff is eager to share the story and purpose behind each item.
Holiday Gift Show & Sale (November 1-January 1)
Discover a wide selection of handmade works of art from over 45 regional artists. You’ll find everything from ceramics to jewelry, sculpture, paintings, and more displayed on the walls of the Main Gallery. Shop during our daytime hours or during your visit to Annmarie Garden in Lights.
Ornament Show & Sale (November 1-January 1)
Presented by the Annmarie Gift Shop, the Ornament Show & Sale is a juried show featuring fair-trade, hand-crafted ornaments by more than 40 artists and vendors. This is the perfect place to find unique and affordable gifts for friends and family. The ornaments are beautifully hung on 20 trees displayed in the Main Gallery of the Arts Building. Visitors can shop right off the trees and take their purchases to the Annmarie Gift Shop. Shop during our daytime hours or during your evening visit to Annmarie Garden in Lights.
Daytime Holiday Markets (Saturday, December 5 & December 12, 9am-2pm) FREE ADMISSION
These festive markets feature both indoor and outdoor shopping areas. You’ll find more than 50 booths offering a wide assortment of handmade, homemade, and homegrown gifts. Jewelry, pottery, works of art, beauty products, holiday and home decor, small-batch food and drink, stocking stuffers, and more! Whether you’re looking for affordable gifts for friends or something really special for a loved one, there’s something for every budget. This is the market to find thoughtful, unique, hand-crafted gifts. Admission to the market area is free. Well-behaved pets on a short leash are welcome. Food trucks and live music will add to the festive spirit!
Nighttime Christmas Markets (December 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20)
Make your Garden In Lights visit even more magical with holiday shopping under the glow of millions of twinkling lights. Browse a wonderful selection of handcrafted art, fair trade gifts, specialty items, and unique treasures from local and regional vendors. Then step inside the Arts Building to explore the Annmarie Gift Shop, the Holiday Gift Show & Sale, and the Ornament Show & Sale. Every purchase supports regional artists and helps sustain Annmarie’s mission. Admission to the Nighttime Christmas Market is included with the price of admission to the light show, but you must reserve your ticket in advance.
