TICKET & ADMISSION SYSTEM

Reserve your timed entry ticket(s) in advance; CLICK HERE

You can enter any time during your admission window.  Once you are in, stay as long as you like (event ends at 5pm);

Timed entry tickets are required for ALL guests, including children and infants;  

Members MUST reserve tickets in advance;

Attention Members! If you are reserving tickets for NON-MEMBERS, you must pay non-member admission fee for each non-member; 

Sorry, there are no refunds; tickets are non-transferable; no resale allowed; 

Each individual in your ticketing/family group must be present when you enter; if a member of your party is not able to enter with the group, you must make arrangements with the admissions staff.


ARTSFEST MASK POLICY  (as of September 13, 2022)

Masks are not required outside;

Masks are not required inside, but we do encourage them in the Arts Building;

UNVACCINATED guests are strongly encouraged to wear a mask at all times at Artsfest;

Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the park, please make use of them!

ABOUT THE EVENT

This is a rain or shine event;

No smoking; no vaping;

Parking is in a large grassy 20-acre field, which can be uneven.  On busy days, the Parking Field will fill up; be prepared to walk from the back of the field!

If you have passengers with mobility issues, please make use of the Drop-off/Pick-up area located just inside the entrance to the Parking Field.

There is limited handicap parking in the Parking Fields. It does fill up; please make use of the Drop-off/Pick-Up area for handicapped guests.

Service animals are always welcome at Artsfest; pets and therapy animals are NOT; 

The restrooms at the Studio School and Arts Building are OPEN;

Port-a-potties & hand washing stations will be located outside around the park, including: adjacent to food vendors, on the far side of the Wooded Path, and the Parking Field; 

Artsfest is spread out across a 30-acre sculpture garden.  Be prepared to walk!  Guests with mobility issues are encouraed to plan accordingly - bring a wheelchair or similar. Sorry, we cannot provide wheelchairs. 

Most of the artist booths and event activities are located in paved areas or just off paved areas, but some activities are located in the grass or along forest trails.  These areas can be uneven and difficult to navigate for some guests; please use caution.

There will be food & drink vendors at the event; outside food or drink is not allowed;

Outside alcohol is not permitted;

 

ILLNESS / COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEM

If you, or anyone in your family has a fever, feels sick, or has recently traveled, stay home and quarantine until you are certain you are not sick; 

If anyone in your family has a compromised immune system, we strongly recommend they do not attend this event;

Guests understand there is inherent risk in attending and enjoying festivals and events.  By purchasing a ticket or by attending the event, each guests accepts and understands the inherent risk and agrees to hold Annmarie Garden, Ann's Circle, Inc., and Koenig Pirvate Foundation, Inc., harmless to the extent permitted by law, from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalites, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, and other espenses, arising out of or relating to your attendance at this festival.
