This class will explore the foundation of Zentangle, the meditative art form often called "yoga for the brain." We will explore the pigments of Zentangle, known as pattern tangles. This class invites you to explore, create, and play as you rekindle your creativity, develop greater hand-eye coordination, improve your capacity to perceive with an artist's eye and quiet your mind.
