ROSE SOIREE WINE FESTIVAL - FAQs and IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
When you purchase a ticket to the festival, you agree to these rules. Please read carefully!

INDOOR & OUTDOOR FESTIVAL - The wine festival is spread out across a 30-acre sculpture garden. Be prepared to walk! Guests with mobility issues are encouraged to plan accordingly - bring a wheelchair or similar. Sorry, we cannot provide wheelchairs. Festival activities are located inside the Arts Building and outside around the Tent Circle, along the Wooded Path and trails, and in the lawns and woods of Annmarie. Most of the artist booths and event activities are located in paved areas or just off paved areas, but some activities are located in the grass or along forest trails. Some of these areas can be uneven and difficult to navigate for some guests; please use caution.
PICNIC-STYLE FESTIVAL - guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets
COOLERS & OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK ARE NOT ALLOWED - guests may not bring in outside food or drink, unless a guest has a food allergy or dietary restriction. Food and drink will be available at the event.
OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED - Wine and beer will be available for purchase.
RESTROOMS & PORT-A-POTTIES - restrooms are located in two locations: the Studio School and the Arts Building. Additional port-a-potties and a hand-washing station will be located near the Food Vendors.
RAIN OR SHINE - this is a rain or shine event. Please dress appropriately - this is an indoor/outdoor event that makes use of the lawns, trails, and woods of Annmarie. We suggest bug spray and sunscreen.
THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE, VAPE-FREE FESTIVAL
SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME at Annmarie; pets and therapy animals are NOT allowed at the festival. We follow ADA guidelines regarding the definition of a service animal.
WHEELCHAIRS ARE WELCOME - wheelchairs and mechanized chairs for disabled guests are welcome. We are sorry, but we cannot provide wheelchairs.
MECHANIZED VEHICLES, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS, TOY CARS & SIMILAR ARE NOT ALLOWED - Please note that we do NOT allow scooters, skateboards, toys cars, remote controlled vehicles or toys, and similar at the festival.

PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY - TIPS FOR A SAFE FESTIVAL EXPERIENCE
STAY HYDRATED & EAT - don't drink on an empty stomach. We've got great food trucks, grab something yummy. Bring a refillable water bottle and make use of our refill stations. Stay hydrated.
TAKE IT SLOW & PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION - the goal of this festival is to introduce you to new wines and new flavors. Savor the moment, don't rush your drinking. Embrace "la belle vie" and enjoy time with your friends in our beatuiful garden.
DESIGNATED DRIVER - choose someone in your group at the Designated Driver - someone who will not be consuming alcohol at the festival. This person can purchase a discounted ticket HERE.
BOOK A NEARBY HOTEL: Rooms are available at the Hilton Garden Inn (Solomons), the Comfort Inn Beacon Marine (Solomons Island) and the Holiday Inn Express (California).
CALL AN UBER - if you over indulge, don't drink and drive. Leave your car in our Parking Field and call an UBER! We ask that you remove your vehicle by Monday 11am.

Early Bird Online Tickets (2/14-2/29): $35/person
Advance Online Tickets (beginning 3/1): $40/person
Tickets at the Gate (if not sold out): $45/person
Designated Driver Tickets (no alcohol consumption)
Advance online: $10/person
At the gate: $15/person
Guests who purchase a discount Designated Driver Ticket agree to refrain from drinking beer, wine, or other spirits at the festival. Thank you for helping to make the festival a safe experience for everyone!
PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS ONLINE - EVERY GUEST MUST HAVE A TICKET
All GUESTS ON YOUR TICKETS MUST BE TOGETHER WHEN ENTERING - all members of your ticket group must be present when you enter. If you think some members of your group will enter separately, then we suggest they purchase their tickets separately.
STAY AS LONG AS YOU LIKE (event ends at 7pm) – once you enter, you can stay until 7pm.
NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS, NO RE-SALE - sorry, there are no refunds; tickets are non-transferable; no resale allowed.
DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKET - our discount designated driver tickets are for guests who will not be consuming wine, beer, or other spirits at the event.
ILLNESS / COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEM
If you, or anyone in your family has a fever, feels sick, or has recently travelled, stay home and quarantine until you are certain you are not sick; If anyone in your family has a compromised immune system, we strongly recommend they do not attend this event.
PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY
ALL PARKING FOR THIS EVENT IS FESTIVAL PARKING - all cars will park in our grassy field. Please be advised that the field is uneven, and can get muddy and wet. We will do the best we can to close off muddy locations. There are staff members and volunteers stationed in the Field. They are there to help you! We cannot be responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft.
HANDICAP PARKING & THE DROP OFF AREA - there is a section in the grass Parking Field, adjacent to the paved entrance, that is designated for Handicap Parking. Because the handicap parking area is limited, you may be directed to a grass parking areas. We strongly recommend that drivers make use of the DROP OFF area before going to the Handicap Parking Area.
GRASS PARKING FIELD IS UNEVEN - the grass Parking Field is uneven. Please use caution; we cannot responsible for any accidents, theft, etc.; PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!
SATELLITE PARKING IS AVAILALBLE IN THE SOLOMONS TOWN CENTER PARK - the paved parking area in the Solomons Town Center Park is open. We suggest drivers pull into the Annmarie Parking Field, drop off passengers at the DROP OFF location, and then exit out of the Parking Field into the Solomons Town Center Park. You can park your car there and walk back to the event.
HANDICAP GUESTS & THE FESTIVAL - much of the festival activity area is paved, including admissions, food vendors, sales booths, but please note that some activities are located on the lawns, trails, and forest areas of Annmarie, which may not be fully accessible.
RISK
By purchasing a ticket to the festival, each guest accepts and acknowledges the risk in attending and enjoying the festival, including parking and entering the property, walking the sidewalks, trails and paths, dancing, touring the galleries, consuming food and drink, and participating in activities and entertainment. By purchasing a ticket or by attending the event, each guests accepts and understands the risks and agrees to hold Annmarie Garden, Ann's Circle, Inc., and Koenig Pirvate Foundation, Inc., harmless to the extent permitted by law, from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalites, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, and other espenses, arising out of or relating to your attendance at this festival.
