An indulgent, multi-course culinary experience designed for the senses, featuring refined seasonal flavors, artful presentation, and an atmosphere of effortless elegance. Curated by the renowned chefs, The Robert Collective (Michelin-star chef Robert Wiedmaier, Partner & Executive Chef, RW Restaurant Group, and Robert McGowan), with exquisite desserts by Pastry Chef Catherine Erickson, the evening unfolds with elevated small bites, a beautifully composed plated dinner, and a decadent finale. An introductory reception, open bar, and nightcap station complement the experience, creating a truly luxurious evening in the allée.
