Let's combine creativity and physical exercise to enjoy an artful yoga experience! Let's inspire healthy habits, through yoga poses, active movement, and creative art projects. Project materials are provided--just bring a beach towel or yoga mat and a bottle of water.
Enjoy relaxing Sunday afternoons in a fun and soothing family yoga series! Together with your child, explore various yoga poses while learning how to adapt postures to accomodate various levels of flexibility and experience. Discover group meditation, breath awareness, assisted poses, and more. A great way to start the school/work week!
